Data from Jobstreet’s Hiring, Compensation, and Benefits Report 2025 showed that 44 percent of hiring managers and human resource professionals expect greater recruitment activity in the latter half of 2025 compared to 2024. This reflects employer confidence, with companies preparing to expand operations and tap new markets.
